Tech Minute: Gadgets To Help You Chill Out

By MOLLY WOOD, CNET Executive Editor
SAN FRANCISCO (CNET) ―

The holidays can be exhausting, and CNET is helping viewers find gadgets that actually help them relax.

If you work at a computer all day, a temple and eye massage might be just the thing you need to relax. A massager for the eye area uses heat, pulsation and nature sounds to relax your head. It sells for $150.

For consumers who might have trouble sleeping, check out the Zeo Personal Sleep Coach. Users wear a headband at night that tracks how well they sleep, and the headband compiles data that shows potential sleep problems. The Zeo Personal Sleep Coach costs $249.

For a full spa experience, try the a package containing aromatherapy, sound therapy and negative ions to purify the air made by Enfren called the Therapy Station.

If this all sounds a bit over the top, opt for something more low key, like some $25 memory foam blackout shades. The shades help you fall asleep and relax.
